This rental property features all of the amenities that you could want on your vacation. Our Treasure Island vacation home has three 3 levels and boasts 4,000 square feet. Ground Level: The ground level features a two car garage. Ground level features access to the private pool and beach in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill. There is also a game room that features a pool table and shuffleboard. 2nd Level: The second level features the Master bedroom with a King size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom has beach views and access to a balcony. The second bedroom boasts a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the second bedroom, there is a bonus area that has a pull out sofa. The fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room are also located on the second floor. The kitchen is open to living area, which has great gulf views. There is a balcony that faces the gulf right off of the living room area, which can be accessed through both the master bedroom and the living area. 3rd Level: The third level features the third bedroom with a queen size bed, a private bathroom and a terrace with intercoastal views. The fourth bedroom boasts two Queen size beds, a private bathroom, beach views and a balcony that faces the gulf. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa located in the den room on the third floor. There are a total of two balconies where you can enjoy the majestic beach views. Each bedroom comes equipped with comfortable bedding and a full bathroom. Treasure Island is located on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast and is blessed with miles of gorgeous white sand beaches that boast that "Old Florida" feel. At either end of the island, you will find entertainment and things to do including John's Pass to the north and Blind Pass to the south. St. Pete Beach is a short Jolley Trolley ride from the property. You will find Trolley Stops every block or so all along the entire length of Gulf Boulevard. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
