This beautiful and cosy apartment has a double bedroom fitted with a double bed. It is perfect for couples. The other two people (extras) sleep on the sofa bed, in the living room (without any extra cost). There is a bathroom fitted with bath, where you will also find the washing machine. Kitchen and living room are located in the same space. From the living room there are wonderful views to the swimming pool area. Read a book, watch satellite TV, surf the internet (WIFI) or just rest on the sofa. In the living room there is air conditioning for summer hot days and a chimney for chilly days. The kitchen is completely fitted. There are all the kitchen utensils and electric appliances you will need during your stay; coffee maker, toaster, vitro ceramic hob, microwave, orange squeezer, etc. Between the kitchen and the living room area there is a table with seats for you to eat comfortably. Go outside to the terrace, make a barbecue and enjoy the views to the swimming pool and the communal garden. Relax and get away. On the terrace there is a table and seats. It is the perfect place for outdoors brakfasts and dinners. The communal spaces are wonderful. There are many gardened areas with Majorcan autochthonous plants. The swimming pool, with chlorine water is huge. The neighbourhood association has rules that are very respectful with the rest of the neighbours, which favours relax and calm in the apartments. Cala Pi is named after the pine trees surrounding the beach (“pi”=pine tree). It is 17 kilometres far away from Llucmajor and 4 km away from the prehistoric village of Capocorb Vell, declared Artistic and Historic National Monument in 1931, which can be visited every day. The beach is a narrow entrance of water half kilometre into the land, with a 30 metres cliff on every side. There is also a defence tower from s.XVI. Access to Cala Pi through road is very easy and there is a lot of free parking space. There is a bus stop not far from the apartment. One has to go through steep steps to get to the beach, which is sometimes crowded. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property..
