Situated on the unspoiled South Cliff of Varkala you will be able to enjoy the most breathtaking views on the ocean from a higher situated point of view. The refreshing wind blowing over the cliff offer you an "air conditioned" feeling where ever you go. In Oceano Cliff you will find much for your wellbeing: Authentic Ayurveda treatments, Yoga and Meditation, a delicious Ayurvedic and Indian cuisine in our open-air restaurant. Varkala, the lively small town, is accessible by bus train or plane. The nearby airport Trivandrum is a mere 45 minutes away. The beach area itself is located four kilometres from the city and has all necessary facilities to offer. Varkala Beach is divided into three areas: the recently developed South Cliff, where The Oceano is located, the Beach Road area and the lively North Cliff with its plenty of restaurants and shops. On the cliff the sunset is truly what the name promises - the perfect moment when the red sun dips into the ocean. And certainly the long sandy beach is an other reason to come and enjoy lovely Varkala.
