MiscellaneousInformation Units with lofts have full stairs (not spiral) to an open loft (semi-private) area with another bathroom. The resort is a multi-floor building with no elevator access. There are many stairs leading to each unit. Units cannot be switched or changed upon arrival. All special requests must be made in advance. Unit view not guaranteed. Please note that Ski Granby Ranch closes for the season on the last Sunday in March. Winter Park typically stays open until mid-April. Contact Susan Pierce at 1-800-325-0798 ext. 2 prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay or if confirming a close-date reservation. All special requests MUST be made at least 2 weeks in advance. On the date of arrival your assigned unit is final, with no possibility of upgrading or switching units. Smoking is not allowed in units. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Units are not airconditioned. fans may be rented for a fee. Check-in before 4 pm is not available. The check-in office at Mountainside closes at 7PM on Saturdays (seasonally), and 5PM Sunday – Friday. If you arrive after hours your keys will be left in a drop box outside the front door.
