Sunset Lakes is a small gated community located right in the heart of Disney's most desirable area. In addition to the property's quiet location, Sunset Lakes offers additional facilities and attractions such as a large community swimming pool, children play area and a fantastic selection of local wildlife. This home is just three miles from the Disney parks and just one mile from a great selection of quality restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Sunset Lakes is one of just two or three vacation communities that is close enough to Disney to allow the guests to leave the parks in the middle of the day for a break and return later for the shows and parades. This home comes with two master bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed, both have large walk in closets and TV. The king-sized bed comes with own en-suite bathroom with separate shower. The other remaining bedrooms have two twin beds and walk in closet. The large screened in pool area is a great way for the guests to relax after a long day in the parks. With the proximity it enjoys to all of the greater Disney World area attractions it represents a tremendous value for the guests. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, DVD/VCR, internet access and washer/dryer.   For stays than 5 days guest will be required to pay a cleaning fee at time of check in.
