Upstairs in the loft is a queen bed and a balcony with obstructed views of the ski mountain to the south. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Any damages incurred during your stay, including carpet stains, physical damage or items that must be repaired or that require additional cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file at the sole discretion of The Property manager. All properties are NON-SMOKING. If you or any member of your party smokes in the unit or interior hallway, a $250 penalty and additional cleaning fee will be charged. Checkout Time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to additional charges up to the full rack rate for the unit. All of our vacation rental properties are individually and privately owned. The Property Manager reserves the right to move any reservation due to circumstances that render the property unusable. Your reservation will be guaranteed, however they may have to relocate you to another lodging option that is equal to or better than your original one booked. Room keys not returned will result in a $5.00 charge. Garage door openers or special Zone parking permits not returned will result in a $75.00 charge. Ski locker, pool or other common area keys not returned will result in a $50.00 charge. Pets are only allowed in designated properties. If you are vacationing with your pet, you must complete the "Pet Registration" form and pay the applicable fees ($30/night pet fee for most pet-friendly properties, except the River Club at $150/stay per pet). If your pet is not registered, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. In addition, if your unit does not allow pets, you will be asked to move. A Note on HOT TUBS - For those complexes with community hot tubs, the hours of operation are subject to the HOA regulations. Most complex hot tubs shut down during the Spring and Fall Off-seasons (between the end of ski area operations and Memorial Day weekend, and between Columbus Day weekend and ski area opening.)
