The well equipped kitchen features updated bamboo cupboards, granite counter tops and a flat cook top stove. There is seating for six at the dining room table. There is a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player in the living area as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the main level. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is accessed through the loft. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8.
