The home has a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the living and dining area's. The bedrooms benefit from 2 rooms with king size beds and two rooms with twin beds. A 'bonus' room is set up as a den with TV and X-box installed. There is also a sofa bed located in this room. The fully screened pool and deck is not overlooked. The pool has electric pool heating available at additional cost. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager.
