It is a really comfortable feeling home, perfect place for a couple and two kids for a couple or single that may want a little more space to spread out. This snug two bedroom, one bath condominium is in the perfect location! It’s a short walk of 1.5 blocks to the base of Aspen Mountain’s gondola and is right across the street from the grocery store. Aspen’s couture shopping and excellent dining are just outside your door. It features a wood-burning fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and an off-street designated parking space. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twins. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions. NO-SNOW POLICY If more than 50% of the lifts operated by the Aspen Skiing Company are not operating within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, cancellations will be accepted and refunded in full less a cancellation charge of 10% per person per week.
