To the rear of the property there is a spacious deck and lanai, ideal for alfresco dining.  The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months. The feeling of spacious luxury is evident from the moment you enter this property. The three further bedrooms are located on the second floor: - Master Suite 2, features a Queen sized bed with a private bathroom. - The remaining twin bedrooms complete the line up, offering flexible sleeping accommodation for your entire party. The twin bedrooms share an additional family bathroom. Outside at the rear, the large screened deck pool and spa,  creates an extension of the main living area. There is woodland to the rear plus a boundary fence for added privacy.  This is the perfect place the sample the Florida lifestyle, enjoy an alfresco lunch, a refreshing swim or just soak up the sun. For the competitive members of your party, the game room with pool and foosball tables will provide hours of entertainment. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
