The apartment is on the ground floor. It opens into a small corridor leading the living room, furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV corner and a round table for 4; this room overlooks the outside -the entrance courtyard- of the building. From the day area you enter both the kitchen with a window overlooking the street, fitted with modern household appliances (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, microwave and tableware for 6 people) and a dining table for 4 people, and to the bathroom -with window, too- equipped with shower stall. The night area is composed of a nice bedroom with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), a 4-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a small box room with washing machine and heating boiler. The apartment comes with maiolica (tin-glazed pottery) tiles. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
