Home Room | 3 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms | Sleeps 10 This apartment is one of our finest and newest we offer. It is perfectly located in the center of Amsterdam. Near the touristic hotspots like Dam Square, the Royal Palace and the Anne Frank House. The neighborhood is called ‘de Jordaan’, with a typical Amsterdam sphere: intimate and honest.  The three-layer apartment has the luxury of a bathroom per floor, which highlights the sphere in the apartment: luxurious and modern. The first floor houses the living room. Here you will find the dining table, three comfortable sofas which can easily be turned into extra beds when needed, and an enormous flat screen TV, you can watch it from the other side of the room! Furthermore, the kitchen is located at the side of the living, it looks modern and is well finished and fully equipped.    The second floor houses two bedrooms. The first one contains three single beds and space to store your luggage. In the second bedroom is the possibility for four persons to sleep on single beds. The bathrooms on the first and second floor are identical and located exactly above each other.   On the third floor you will find the last bedroom which contains five single beds. The bathroom on this floor is the most beautiful one of the house, looking at the size as well as the facilities. A double sink made out of one piece, toilet, shower and a large bathtub, with again the possibility to take a shower.    Please note the following conditions:   -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).  -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Also can be paid by credit card where we only make a retention. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in. Cash checkouts can not be done if the check out is on a Sunday.    The is 5% fee for payments with credit card (including Visa Debit).
