This 65 sq mt apartment, which has two independent entrance doors, offers a colorful day area, furnished with a couch, a pouff convertible into a single bed and an ingenious rollaway stove, complete with sink, oven with two hot plates, dishwasher and microwave oven. The two sides of the day area open up onto two separate rooms, which allow a perfect and reciprocal independence. On the right is a double bedroom, with a double bed, TV, DVD player and satellite decoder, a utility room, with a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower and washing machine. On the left is another cosy but independent guest area/bedroom, with a French sofa bed (width 1.40 mts.), a second stove and a spacious bathroom with stall shower. The apartment comes complete with two cellars located in the basement. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
