The rustic decoration style gives the house a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The sitting-dining room is a lovely place to relax, watch TV (SAT-TV), eat together or surf the internet (WIFI). The kitchen is well-equipped: toaster, orange press, kitchen utensils, cutlery, gas stove, oven and much more. Obviously, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The plot is more than 6000 m2. The exterior of the house is really beautiful, as you can appreciate views to the mountains. The chlorine pool is 7 x 4 meters and its maximum depth is 1.9 meters. The terrace is a nice place to have a BBQ with friends. There are 2 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella. Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. We would like to inform you that the house owners live on the same plot and you’ll share the same access road; but the pool, the garden, the terrace and the house are private. The house is very close to the sea and the village Alcúdia where you will find all kind of services and activities. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church, the bullring, the amphitheatre and the old wall. Don’t miss the local market, which takes place on Sundays and Tuesdays. It is very easy to get to lots of beaches that are worth to discover as Puerto de Alcúdia, Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. The town of Pollença and its little church at the top of a hill (El Calvari) is a very good option for a short trip. To get to the church you have to climb 365 steps but it is really worth it!
