The private pool (chlorine) is 9 m2 and its depth is 1.20 metres. There are 6 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. Your kids will enjoy playing in the huge natural garden with fruit trees. On the plot, there is a hen coop and the owner takes care of the animals. You can use their eggs for cooking. You can park up to 3 cars on the patio. Please note that pets are not allowed. The fine grained sand beach of Can Picafort is about 900 metres from the house. On the promenade you can go for a long walk or try some homemade ice cream. During the summer you can make a nice boat trip to Formentor. The touristic boats start every day during the summer in the harbour. In the town centre you will find lots of shops, bars, restaurants and playgrounds. On Friday takes place the local market. The area is worth visiting: for example the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença, the water park in Alcúdia, the natural park S’Albufera and the caves of Campanet and Artà.
