This 50 sq mt apartment, furnished in a modern style and fitted with parquet flooring in the living area and in the bedroom and with ceramic flooring in the kitchen and in the bathroom, opens up directly onto the living room, complete with a double sofa bed, a TV corner with DVD player, a dining table for 4 people and the split for air conditioning (available just in this room). The living room leads out onto small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the building. The living room gives access to a small but fully equipped kitchen as well. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with a shower stall and a bedroom with a double bed and a capacious closet. Air conditioning just in the living room. Internet, limousine and housekeeping service available upon request. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
