Located on the Park City cross country ski track, and approximately three blocks from the Park City ski area, guests will enjoy relaxing accommodation and traditional amenities at this classic Park City retreat. All units are townhouse style - stair access neccessary. Check In: 16:00 PM Check Out: 10:00 CheckIn age 21 No Snow Policy - If any of the following Park City Mountain Resort lifts are not scheduled to open due to lack of snow 2 days prior to arrival through the day of arrival: Payday, Silverlode, First Time, or Bonanza, clients will be able to cancel with a full refund less $75 per unit handling fee. This does not apply to temporary closures. A major credit card or cash deposit and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges. Guests attending a convention may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly. Room taxes and resort fee are included in vacation price. Check in after 9pm, guests will obtain a check-in packet via the Park Avenue lockbox located to the right of the entry door of the check in office near the pool area.
