This beautiful luxury property has an open-plan living room with a luxurious reclining leather sofa, a comfortable chaise longue and a 50" SMART LCD HD flat screen cable TV and DVD PLAYER. The large, modern and open-plan kitchen comes complete with everything you need for home-from-home dining. There is seating for four at the large breakfast counter. You also have a dining table for six. The home features five large bedrooms all with 32” SMART LED HD TV. The first story has a master suite with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom right next door. The second story has an extra-large master suite with a king size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and the fifth bedroom a king size bed. On the second floor you will also find a movie room with a 50" LED HD SMART TV and a Play Station 3. The air conditioned garage has plenty to keep you entertained including a Fast & Furious Supercar console, Pac-Man arcade party with many games, and Air Hockey. The pool and spa area is very private with lovely views over the conservation area. The pool features underwater lighting, has a pool safety fence and can be heated at an additional cost. This home has a high capacity washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board. For families with babies there is a high chair and a fold-out crib for your convenience. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
