Situated at the peaceful south end of Jaco Beach and only an hour and a half drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport. There are four swimming pools on site, one extremely large free form lap pool with cascading waterfalls, as well as a kid's pool beside it. There are also two beachfront pools, which are smaller and more private. All pools include lounge chairs for your rest and relaxation. You have direct access to Jaco beach and can walk out from the pool and put your feet on the sand. There is a small rancho area situated beside the main pool in which you can use with a fully equipped BBQ as well. This beachfront vacation community offers stunning 2 and 3-bedroom condos. Some other great information about Jaco is that everything is within about a 10-minute walk so you really don't need a car to explore the town. Taxis are only a phone call away and on average $2 per ride. Not to mention bike rentals are extremely popular and cheap. There are some great restaurant options as well from the typical 'casado' here in Costa Rica (Rice, Beans, Meat and salad) to a nice lobster dinner if you should so choose. Most places deliver so if you don't feel like venturing out, they will come to you. Please use your dryer in the unit. Pool opens at 8am and closes at 10pm. There is no lifeguard, therefore swim at your own risk. No DIVING. Children must be with an adult at all times. All guest must be registered at Check In unless prior arrangements are made with management. Outside guest are not allowed to use the pool or common areas. If you break something or stain it then you buy it. You are renting from a homeowner and this isn't a hotel so please treat the condo as if you are guest in their house. Key Cards are used as your identification to get you in and out of the property. If you lose your key card there will be a charge of $10. Please return all key cards to the main office, guard shack or leave next to the phone. The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear excepted. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs or provide maid service. Guest may cook in areas specifically designated for cooking. Guest must immediately notify Owner or agent of fire or other damage to property. Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest shall be responsible to return all keys and gate or garage door openers upon departure.
