The master has a king sized bed. The bunk room, which is a separate room with a door, has a twin-sized trundle bed suitable for children or small adults, a television and its own bathroom entry. There's a pull out sofa bed in the living room. This unit has its own washer and dryer.   The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.    Pamper yourself at the The Royal Palm, a full service day spa and salon with private men’s and women’s relaxation areas and services.    Dine indoors or poolside at Sago Sports Bar & Grill featuring one of Destin’s largest 80 inch screen televisions with Direct TV NFL Ticket & College Game Day playing on wall to wall TV’s.    You'll receive a weekly schedule of terrific kid's activities upon check-in! On Friday nights, we will feature a 'dive in' movie playing on the pool deck beginning at 8pm. Enjoy the evening with a fun family movie, popcorn and a night under the stars. Saturdays consist of a Kid's Night Out from 6-9pm to include dinner activities and adventure. Crafts will be offered Wednesday - Sunday on the pool deck under the gazebo. There will be a variety of activities to choose from during your vacation. These will include: tie dye t-shirts, glitter and air-brush tattoos, recycled art, build-a-buddy and more. All of these will be provided to guests at a nominal fee. There's also a huge, colorful playground area on property!   The Bean Trader General Store is conveniently located inside the lobby of The Palms of Destin next to the Sago Restaurant. The Bean Trader General Store has earned the nickname 'The Biggest Little Store in Destin' with over 450+ products and services ranging from Concierge (Fishing Charters, Golf, Wave runners, Scuba Diving and much more) to Kids Activities. We provide Discount Tickets to area attractions including but not limited to Big Kahuna's, Seablaster, Sunset Cruises, Blackbeard II, AJ's, plus gift baskets for all occasions. We also offer pre-packed coolers to take along to the beach or pool.   Our policies for renting to under 25's are: 1. an extra $1000 refundable CASH damage deposit, to be paid at time of check in 2. extra 15% premium 3. check-in at office 4. you must be present for a check-out inspection ** Important ** To complete your booking, you MUST register at https://www.homescheckin.com to complete your reservation and access your check-in instructions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Keys/Wristbands/Key Cards/Beach Passes - Items such as wristbands or key cards required at some properties for restricted entry will be treated as keys and must be returned at check-out. If any of the above-named items are lost or not returned, a fee of $25.00-$85.00 per missing item will apply. Rates– Rates are based on location, features and seasons, and are subject to change without notice. Cleaning fees which vary by property, sales tax and a one-time administration fee will be added to all reservations. Damages - We require a valid credit card to be on file to cover any losses or damages that may occur during your stay. Your credit card will not be charged without your prior notification. Following check-out and an all-clear inspection, your credit card information will be shredded. If extra cleaning or repairs are required as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply this amount to your credit card, plus all applicable repair costs as quoted and attested to by a certified contractor in addition to the total rental amount plus taxes/fees to offset the incurred expenses. Housekeeping – You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at checkout. Rates include a one-time linen/towel set up and cleaning service at the time of departure. We request that you remember you are staying in someone’s home during your vacation; please treat it with the care as you would your own. If unit is left unusually messy (extra unusual cleaning, unwashed dishes, food or garbage left in unit) or left damaged (damages/stains on carpet or furniture or to walls and floors), we reserve the right to apply credit card charges as part of our damage deposit policy for these expenses. Linens/Towels/Supplies – Units are fully equipped. Although linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels, beach blankets and your own personal toiletries. An initial set up of trash liners, bathroom paper and facial soap is provided upon arrival. Extra supplies needed (including cleaning supplies) are the responsibility of the guest. Upon departure, please place all soiled linens in the tub for house cleaning, place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run machine. If you leave unit in unusually messy condition, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee outside the normal prepaid cleaning. Moving any items or furnishings from one unit to another is not permitted. Smoking & Pets – ALL units are NON-SMOKING units and absolutely NO PETS are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Guests found in violation of this agreement will be asked to leave and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount without refund. Smoking in the units will also result in a $250 charge for ozone cleaning of the unit. Family Rental Only – No units will be rented to anyone under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Any reservation made under false pretense may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payment/rental payments or security deposit. Good Neighbor Policy – Many of our rentals are located in multi-unit buildings that include short and long term guests and year round residents. All guest and owners are subject to conform to the rules and regulations of the properties. Guest(s) causing excessive noise or disturbances will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. Parking will only be for two vehicles unless stated. If you are bringing a boat/watercraft or RV, you must verify that there is appropriate parking on site before arriving. Parking - Please do NOT bring a trailer unless our management allows you to do so, many of the properties cannot accommodate them. You will be subject to all parking rules, regulations and fines that are in place at the location you are renting.
