Nestled in the Dolomites - Parco delle Dolomiti Friulane, Parco delle Dolomiti Bellunesi, Parco delle Tre Cime - it offers a relaxed ambience for a family holiday. It is located on the third floor, in a fully renovated building (end of 2013) which comprises 9 apartments for rent (1 studio, 5 one bedroom- and 3 two bedroom flats). The apartment is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, TV set and fully fitted kitchen corner (with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge), a double bedroom with spacious wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower stall. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Extra facilities: - shared laundry, on the ground floor, with two washers and two dryers - outdoor parking next to the building - independent heating - elevator On request: - cleaning service - pick up service *The apartment is not fitted with air conditioning. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
