Both of them have sea views. The terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall.
