A leather screen hides the opening to the niche where the modern and fully equipped separate kitchen is, complete with all necessities including a dishwasher and a combo micro-oven. The sleeping area offers a bright and spacious double bedroom furnished with a charming chest of drawers by a small leather armchair matching the leather bed frame. Two doors in the room hide two further areas: the walk-in closet, large and well lit and complete with a washer-dryer; and the en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large stall shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Children under 12 are not allowed in the house for safety reasons.
