The 87m2 flat is located on the 8th floor (10th real floor) of a historic, late 19th century building. At the entrance is a small WC. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences including microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6. The living space offers an HDTV, new sectional sofa (that can also sleep 1), and a full wall of sliding glass doors that give access to the incredible terrace deck. The 98m2 private terrace, a luxury in itself in the center of this dense city, affords you an almost 360º view of Barcelona. From La Pedrera, Montjuic, Sea Views, Torre Agbar, to La Sagrada Familia! (For the rest of the view, head out to the 50m2 terrace at the front of the house to see Mount Tibidabo.) The main terrace has seating for 8 with a huge table and umbrella and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. The washing machine is located in the utility room behind the wood-fire BBQ pit. (The adjacent building houses a restaurant with an extractor chimney that can be seen next to the BBQ pit. It runs until 11 pm and can cause minimal sound disturbance during its operating hours.) The main bedroom has a double bed that is flanked by small bedside shelves. Spacious wardrobes are built into the corner. A heavy curtain can be pulled closed in order to create privacy. Next door is the main bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, and bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (can be configured to a double for 2) and wardrobes to store your belongings. (For the safety of children, this room’s window and that of the dining room can be locked with a key.) IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please understand that guests staying in this second bedroom will need to pass through the main bedroom to access their own space. Functional desk area with wifi router and telephone for local and national calls. An electric radiator id available in the 2nd bedroom but A/C and heating wall units service the main bedroom and living space. **Please be responsible with regards to electricity consumption. You will be allotted a sensible allowance of 3€ per day and excess consumption would be charged to you on checkout. Linen, towels, and toilet paper are prepared before your arrival. Wood and charcoal can be supplied upon request for 10€ each. NOTE: The flat is located on the 8th floor of the building. The elevator will take you up as far as the 7th floor.
