Guests are welcomed into a foyer furnished with a two-seater sofa; then you reach the living room, which comes with a sofa and a 42” TV with Sky bundle. From the sitting room you enter the dining room, with an elegant 6-seater table embellished by a marble countertop. The corridor connects the three bedrooms: the first one, that backs onto the inner part of the building, is the smallest and comes with a single bed; the second one has a double bed (160cm x 190cm) and a big wardrobe; the third one is fitted with another double bed (160cm x 190cm), a wardrobe and a TV set. The third bedroom is connected to another room, furnished with a sofa bed for two people, which can also be used as walk-in closet or study. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with tub and shower, and the other with basin, wc and washing machine. The kitchen, small but well equipped, comes with dishwasher, microwave and a table for 4 people.
