Located on Corolla Court in the Liberty Bluff section of the Reunion Resort overlooking one of the three PGA golf courses that Reunion is home to. Ideal for a single family or multiples with 5 bedrooms, great gathering space and a games room, this home will provide the perfect vacation destination. Outside your front door the Reunion Resort offers three signature golf courses by Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus which no other resort in the world can claim. In addition to golf, the Reunion Resort and Spa has a wonderful array of amenities including excellent restaurants, an outstanding spa, tennis, water park, cycling trails and beach volley ball courts to name a few though membership is required for certain activities. This is a courtyard style home which has had many upgrades and renewals. The main house has the first king-size master bedroom on the ground floor with french doors offering access onto the pool deck. The adjoining bathroom has twin vanities, a walk in shower and full tub. Off the entrance hall is a guest powder room for convenience, the living area is open and spacious incorporating a formal dining area, comfortable seating area to enjoy the large flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for casual dining and access onto the rear lunai which is a perfect spot for a cool drink or a glass of wine whilst enjoying the passing golfers. Upstairs at the rear of the home is the second king-size master with a private balcony overlooking the golf course, the bathroom has twin vanities and a walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one king-size and the other having two twin beds that share the family bathroom which has a tub shower combination. The laundry room is also located on this floor. The outdoor living space with it's covered dining area, ample lounging places, heated pool and spa separate the main house from the guest suite which has a queen-size bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, living area with seating and a kitchete having a microwave and refrigerator, this is the perfect space for inlaws or older children. Downstairs is the games room with wall mounted TV, pool.table tennis table and foosball. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players, the home is equipped with WiFi NOTE: Pool heat is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. An additional charge of $40 per night would be applied if guests require a heated pool. We recommend pool heat from October through March. There is a security deposit of $500 for condos and $1000 for Homes due upon arrival in the form of a Credit Card Authorization. Upon satisfactory inspection of the property, security deposit pre authorizations will be voided no later than 14 days after departure. Certain resort amenities require advanced booking with the Property manager b. Some resort amenities may only be booked 5 working days in advance. Property availability and condition a. In the event of a property becoming unavailable or unusable, The Property Manager will endeavor to find an alternative for the guest in a timely manner. b. In the event of the failure of appliances, equipment or features within a home, The Property Manager will endeavor to perform repairs or replacements in a timely manner Property Damage a. The guest must immediately report any accidental or intentional property damage to The Property Manager, whether from a previous guest or from their party members. b. The Property Manager will recover the costs of accidental damage by; i. Processing a claim through the Property Protection fee c. The Property Manager will recover the costs of willful damage by; i. Reclaiming the security deposit sum d. Liability for damage is not limited to the value of cover provided by the property protection fee or security deposit amounts. Effective immediately below are the new fees for guests requesting late check outs. For guests scheduling late check outs in advance of arrival: 1. From 10am-11am – fee is $50 plus tax 2. From 11:01am-1pm – half day rate 3. After 1:01 pm - full day charge and that should be included in the rental rate portion of the reservation. For guests requesting late check out the same day of check out you must also add a $25 call out charge to the fees above depending on the time they will be checking out. As always, late check outs can only be granted when there is not another arrival coming in that same day.
