Guests are required to pay in advance. Free cancellation is possible at least one week before the arrival date. For reservations made at non-refundable rates, a prepayment of 100% will be charged. When canceling a booking, the prepayment is not refundable. Children under 3 years stay free of charge in a room with their parents with an extra bed and breakfast (if it is included in the room rate). Since April 6, 2017 Seaside Park has been declared a nature protection zone. The entry for vehicles into the park is limited. Guests are kindly requested to indicate the number and brand of the car at least 7 days before the arrival date. The pass will allow the passage to the park territory, but there will be no possibility of parking the car. From May 1 to September 30, guests will be charged 10 rubles per person per night. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon arrival. Before arrival, guests must pay an advance payment of the cost of one night stay to 100% of the cost of the reservation. The hotel administrator will contact the guest after booking and provide information on the prepayment amount and cancellation policy. The deposit must be paid via bank transfer.
