The common area in the complex includes an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, making this unit an ideal choice for families and friends.This three bedroom, three bathroom townhome features a contemporary interior, with high quality furnishings and art, a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, bathrooms with natural stone walls and floors, granite counters, oversized balcony with gas BBQ grill and sweeping views. The living room has a large flat screen TV over a beautiful gas fireplace. There is a large breakfast bar with seating for four guests plus a dining table with seating for eight. The living and dining rooms open to a large balcony overlooking a small lake. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with private bath, a queen bed in the second master, with private bath, twin/twin beds in the third bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the loft. All bedrooms including the loft have flat screen TVs and all three bedrooms have iPod docks. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
