Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Before arrival, guests must pay an advance payment in the amount of 1 night stay. Within a few days after making a reservation, a hotel representative will contact you and provide information on how to make a prepayment. Reception is open until 24:00. When placing children under 2 years old in cots, they are provided free of charge. All older children or adults are charged UAH 100.00 per person per night for extra beds.
