On the left you find the fully-equipped kitchen, fitted with wooden cabinets and functional countertops. A spacious table for up to 4 people is ideal for a quick lunch or a refined dinner. The relaxation corner is home to the sofa bed (140 cm), a comfortable armchair and a TV cabinet. On the left you find a sliding door opening into the night area, which comes with a double bed (160 cm) and a spacious wardrobe with a chest of drawers. Both the bedroom and the kitchen open onto the bathroom, which is equipped with a big shower, a basin, washing machine and wc. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
