The half bath is located off the kitchen area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed, TV, private bathroom with steam shower and jetted tub with skylight. Both bedrooms have doors to the balcony with views west and north over the roof tops to the surrounding ridges. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with Tiffany reading lamps and a TV. And at the top of the stairs is the bathroom with shower only, finished in marble tile. The condominium has its own washer/dryer, and a parking space off the alley. The Property Manager reserves the right to move any reservation due to circumstances that render the property unusable. Your reservation will be guaranteed, however they may have to relocate you to another lodging option that is equal to or better than your original one booked. Room keys not returned will result in a $5.00 charge. Garage door openers or special Zone parking permits not returned will result in a $75.00 charge. Ski locker, pool or other common area keys not returned will result in a $50.00 charge. Pets are only allowed in designated properties. If you are vacationing with your pet, you must complete the "Pet Registration" form and pay the applicable fees ($30/night pet fee for most pet-friendly properties, except the River Club at $150/stay per pet).
