The hotel offers a brasserie and conservatory where guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, drinks and bites while the sea ships that pass by on the water. When weather is nice, you can enjoy the views from the terrace. Middelburg is a 15-minute car drive away, and you can reach the A58 motorway within 10 minutes. The location is not suitable / accessible for people with walking difficulties, guests in a wheelchair or walker, disabled, needing help or care or at such an advanced age that they can no longer manage independently. Outside the opening hours of the restaurant, in emergency situations and in case of malfunctions, the elevator is out of order. Guests must therefore be able to come up and down the stairs independently at all times (all rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of the building).WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Public parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10 per day. Pets are allowed. Charges may apply. Children of all ages are allowed. Children 2 and under stay for € 10 per person, per night when using an available crib. Children from 3 to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note: Some of our sea side rooms have a balcony. Unfortunately, all balconies are currently under maintenance, so it is not possible and not allowed to enter the balconies. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, it is possible to open the door so that fresh air can enter your hotelroom. Only resident permit holders are allowed to drive and park at the front of the hotel, on the boulevard. This is monitored via cameras. You risk a fine when entering the boulevard with your vehicle. We therefore advise you to park in the public parking lot located on Kenau Hasselaarstraat (paid parking between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.). It is possible to purchase a day ticket at one of the many parking machines. The price of a day ticket varies from season to season.
