We have a large heated in ground pool with newly re-screened lanai and lots of seating on new and updated cushions. There is a convenient washroom located right off the lanai. The interior of the home has been completely repainted. It has all new bedding, towels, dishes, cutlery as well as stainless steel appliances including built-in water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator. Two rooms boast king size beds, one in the master and one in the guestroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The high vaulted ceilings in the main area adds to the spaciousness of the home. The large family room can accommodate the whole family while watching TV on the 50” flat screen. The pool table and air hockey table in the games room keeps the kids occupied. For the golfer in you, we are a two-minute walk from the Pro Shop of Highland Reserve. The villa has WiFi and free phone calls across America and Canada. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
