“Jacksville”

Short break in the sun late April. Never tried this hotel before, and what a great choice. Lovely hotel, plenty of room with easy access to plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff were excellent, and genuine. Would definitely come back again.

Been here twice with another 3 on the way . Great food ,great choice of beverages, all staff are attentive, and very polite.Great location.👍🏻👍🏻

“Great family hotel”

Lovely hotel, with nice facilities and excellent food. Staff are superb, very attentive. Also great family rooms and very close to the beach. Highly recommended. Second time we have stayed and look forward to going again in the future hopefully.

Only back from this holiday in dreams playa Blanca and on reflection decided had to write this review ,we have stayed here twice and we were really disappointed this time ,we were in b&b preferred club basis , (which is overpriced for what you get )room was a bit tired a bit dark , But the main problem was the staff , check in staff (lady )very monotone no smiling like a robot, fair enough might be having a bad day , bell boy nice chatty not so much when had no cash fir tip , apologised catch him later ,tried to get towels to put on beds before 10 as was very busy (no towel booth opened ) took towel off balli bed because there were very few beds left and staff member starts screaming across everybody ,there only towels that we paid for in our hotel cost ,very bad communication very rude , could have been dealt with better suggest that the staff be thought to talk in a less aggressive manner , went to lunch asked how much we had to pay as not part of package €25 each fir lunch which the food was average, then when we get the bill checking out it was €30 each which we had been told €25 ,again lady in reception aggressive loud again waving hands in the air that’s what it is !! , Not to make more of a scene we decided pay it but not happy , Waiting on taxi in lobby fir airport asked could we have some water from reception , you would think we were asking for a kidney , they are only for people arriving we were told 🥵so all in all bad service made us feel uncomfortable which you shouldn’t feel on holiday , maybe there overworked and underpayed , We will not be returning and will not be recommending to anyone
