The building dates back to 1412, whist the façade and the ‘portico’ were finished in 1568; in 2010 Palazzo Banchi was fully renovated, and it has been newly furnished in August 2014. The apartment opens onto a hall way that leads into the living area, fitted with a polished oak parquet flooring. Here you find the open plan kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven and dishwasher, and an elegant dining corner (with a table for 2). Next to it and slightly separated there is the night area, where you find a double bed (composed by two single beds), a wardrobe and a pouf. The bedroom offers lovely views of Bologna roofs, stretching to the hills surrounding the city centre. The bathroom has a big shower stall; also here you have ample views of part of Bologna historical centre (the copper dome of Santa Maria della Vita sanctuary). The apartment has high-end finishes, such as air conditioning, independent heating, and sound-proofed, insulated windows and doors.
