To the right of the entrance is a large fully equipped sit-in kitchen with a balcony overlooking the building’s inner courtyard; facing the kitchen is the dining room furnished with a large round table to host up to 6 guests. Adjacent is the first bathroom with bathtub and a studio/bedroom with a double sofa bed. A short hallway leads to the sleeping area where two single bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub are located, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with stall shower. The apartment is fitted with wooden flooring in the day area and the rest there is marble flooring. Children under 12 are not allowed in the house for safety reasons. Maid service is available upon request.
