All guests checking into hotels to Krasnodar Region must provide one of the following documents: a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19; a negative result of PCR test and consent to vaccination within 3 days; a medical document about a disease caused by a coronavirus infection transferred over the past 6 months; a certificate from a medical institution about a medical withdrawal and a negative result of a PCR test. PCR test should be done no earlier than 48 hours before check-in. Minors from 15 to 18 years old also need to present a negative result of a PCR test for coronavirus. Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors.
