Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Guests are required to sign a check-in document.  The property only offers housekeeping service before check-in. No cleaning services are provided during the stay. An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking. Check-in is from 02:00 PM for Standard Apartments and 03:00 PM for Luxury apartments and Holiday Homes. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge. Public Holidays are also considered after hours.
