From here you enter the other rooms the apartment is composed of: the living room is extremely bright and cozy, and it comes with two balconies, a sofa with chaise longue, TV and a large desk to be used as working station as well as dining area. Next to it there is the double bedroom with window, which comes with chest of drawers and 6-door closet, whilst a third door opens onto the bathroom (with tub). The apartment has a panoramic terrace (100 sq.mt) with stunning views of Naples and the Gulf; it has table and sun chairs. There are some open stairs going up from the kitchen. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
