The eat in kitchen kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances such as microwave and electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer, cookware and dishware for 5 persons. The night area is composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with tub and the other one with shower stall. The apartment has a small gym with exercise bike and sauna for 4 persons (daily charge: 25€; for long stays: 500€/month). Free street parking and parking areas specifically for the residents. Be aware that: for check-in on weekends, holidays and from 19.00 to 22.00 I will apply an extra cost of €20,00; check-in from 22.00 to 01.00 cost €40,00.
