Bedding consists of two king beds, queen bed, two twin beds, day plus trundle bed and a sofa sleeper. Amenities include a full kitchen, dining area for ten plus three bar stools, three cable TVs, a VCR, CD player, gas fireplace in living room, wood fire place in bedroom, high speed internet access, and a two car garage. This unit can accommodate 12 guests.During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
