The closest coffee shop is 15 metres away. The living room has a flat screen TV, 2 sofa beds, coffee table and dining table.  There is one bedrooms with 4 single beds in each. There is one bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and towel rail. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, stove, coffee machine and toaster.  Please note the following conditions:   -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).  -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
