No matter where you sit in my condo, whether it is upstairs in the mezzanine bedroom, or in the open plan living room/dining room, the sound of the fountains and the wonderful view of the courtyard gardens and fountains relaxes and soothes.The living room area features a large L shaped built in sofa, which is sufficiently wide enough to double as extra sleeping accommodation for guests. This condo is equipped with a 32" flat screen TV, DVD and CD system with surround sound for your enjoyment.Up three steps and you enter the dining room and a state of the art natural wood kitchen. The kitchen features a large working marble countertop and top of the line stainless steel appliances including washer and dryer.The staircase ascends to the mezzanine level where there is a king size bed.
