Across from the entrance hall there is an extremely elegant living room with double exposure, composed of a spacious dining area with 4 leather-bound chairs and a marvelous marble table with two vases on each side, and a relaxation corner - located on the left - featuring a tall bookcase with doors, a modern TV set, two Louis XV style armchairs, a low table and a sofa bed (140cm). On the background there is a wooden fireplace surmounted by a large mirror. The bathroom, located on the left-hand side of the foyer, is fitted with basin, wc, tub and two drawers; it also comes with washing machine. Linens and towels provided.
