The studio comprises a kitchen corner (incl. kettle, gas cook, oven and fridge), a table for 4 and a relaxation corner with a sofa bed comprised into a structure with several closets; there is also a second sofa bed for two people. The day area is completed by a TV and a coffee table; the bathroom comes with shower. Linens and towels provided. A small, but comfortable balcony with views on the mountains is also at guests’ disposal. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Moreover, if you're travelling "light" in the wintertime (without ski-equipment), you can rent it at a lower price directly at the Residence La Splaza. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
