Calabay Parc is just minutes away from championship golf courses, Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld® Orlando, shopping and restaurants. An hour's drive to the east (Gold Coast) or to the west (Gulf Coast) and you can be at some of Florida’s best beach destinations. All Calabay Parc villas come fully-furnished to an exceptional standard. The star attraction is the private screened swimming pool and outdoor lounging furniture; the perfect place to soak up the Floridian sunshine. Inside the spacious main living room is equipped with a television and DVD player, and this also applies to the master bedroom. There is also a telephone, although charges will be incurred for making calls. Towels and bed linen are also supplied for your convenience. We strongly recommend that villas are not over occupied. Some properties do have roll out sofa beds in the living room, but this is only a limited selection. Any special requirements can be arranged with our Ocean Florida experts when booking one of our fantastic villas. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 a day at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process. (CAPPED AT $126)
