It is located in Cala Pi and has capacity for 12 people, so it is the perfect place for enjoying summer holidays in a relaxing environment with family and friends. The accommodation counts with four bedrooms, all of them with views to the sea or to the pool. Three of them are located upstairs. In the main bedroom there are a double bed and a single bed, it also has an en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has space for a cot, if needed. The third bedroom has got a bunk bed and a single bed, so it is perfect for children. In the bedroom downstairs there is a triple bunk bed. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one of them has a whirlpool shower (upstairs) and the other one has a regular shower (downstairs). All bedrooms have fans. Kitchen, living and dining room share the same space. The living room area is fitted with a comfortable sofa; the perfect place to relax while watching satellite TV or surfing the internet (WIFI). The dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals. The opened kitchen is completely equipped with everything you might need during your stay: microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, etc. The laundry room is on the first floor where you find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Outside it is spacious. Take advantage of the swimming pool and the porch, where you can spend long hours feeling the peace of the place. Go outside and make a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax when sunbathing on the sunbeds, there are six. There is a table and seats outside to enjoy breakfasts and dinners outdoors. The swimming pool is private and has a size of 9 x 5 metres. Please note that pets are not allowed. Cala Pi is named after the pine trees surrounding the beach (“pi”=pine tree). It is 17 kilometres far away from Llucmajor and 4 km away from the prehistoric village of Capocorb Vell, declared Artistic and Historic National Monument in 1931, which can be visited every day. The beach is a narrow entrance of water half kilometre into the land, with a 30 metres cliff on every side. There is also a defence tower from s.XVI. Access to Cala Pi through road is very easy and there is a lot of free parking space. There is a bus stop not far from the apartment.
