The open kitchen is well-equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. There are 2 terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The front terrace has a small garden and a BBQ. The other one with sea views at the backyard of the house is just perfect to have a large breakfast. The idyllic town Es Barcarès has nice pebbled bays and sandy beaches, for example Mal Pas or Platja Morer Vermell. The latter is only a 10 minutes’ walk away. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In Es Barcarès you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. More shopping facilities are in the village Alcúdia, a 5 minutes’ drive away. Alcúdia is famous for its historic town wall; the roman remains called Pollentia and the market, which takes place every Sunday and Tuesday. The harbor, Puerto de Alcúdia, offers lots of leisure activities and nightlife. You can make a nice boat trip to Formentor, visit the nocturne market or try Majorcan cuisine in one of the restaurants. More things to do: visit the Sa Talaia Mountain, the chapel La Victoria, the bay Coll Baix, the old town of Pollença, the natural park S’Albufera or pass a day with your kids in the water park of Alcúdia.
