The sitting room comprises a mezzanine -featuring an iron hand-made balustrade with a fine flower motif- from which you enter the apartment’s laundry. A corridor leads into the dining room with impressive frescoed ceilings: it features a wooden table with colourful rural scenes and an iron-and-crystal dresser home to a nice collection of antique china. The 4-seater sofa is flanked by two standing lamps and faces the balcony with views of the quiet, inner courtyard. Beside the sitting corner is the custom-made kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a marble countertop ideal to have breakfast. Behind a fully decorated wooden door guarded by two stone lions is the master bedroom. On the one side of the empire-style double bed is a window overlooking the tree-lined courtyard, on the other side you find an arch with a staircase going up to the walk-in closet and the white-tile master bathroom with a shower stall. The second bedroom is fitted with a single bed and a flower upholstery, which turn the room into a romantic escape. In such a prestigious apartment is the Jacuzzi tub mandatory: it is located in the master bathroom and offers a quiet place where to relax after a long working day or a shopping spree through Bologna winding alleyways. The apartment is on the second floor (with elevator).
