If you love the summertime as much as I do and want to spend your breakfast time outside, you can use the private outside seating on the courtyard balcony. All my guests adore the enormous space and the location of the apartment. Here you would never feel cramped even if you come with a big group of friends. This is exactly the apartment that forces you to enjoy every single minute of your holidays! Some guests maybe don’t welcome the absence of the elevator but this is also the magic of the original state of the building. However to get to the apartment it is only several steps and I am always ready to help you with your baggage. The fully-equipped kitchen is a perfect place where to make your common dinners. The number of bedrooms also allows you to spend some relaxing private time with your book or magazine. Of course there is a free WiFi with high speed internet connection in the apartment and I provide you all the bed linen and towels. Only couple of minutes from Wenceslas Square where all the dreams of Czech nation has come true. The great variety of bars, shops, restaurants, galleries and cafés is ready to welcome you. Do you like wine? It would be a shame not to visit any of the picturesque wine bars in this area. My tip is certainly to visit the famous Grébovka (10 min from the apartment), the beautiful parc where you can attend the festival of grape harvest. You can try many types of wine as well as delicious Czech Burcák, the new half-fermented wine. All this tasting is accompanied by music concerts and theater performances. Adult Minimum Age: Security Deposit: 200 There is a refundable security deposit due upon arrival. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The amount will vary depending on the property you choose. This amount will show in the terms and conditions as well as in the booking flow. After checkout, the manager will refund the deposit once the unit is inspected and found to have no damage. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to You upon Your departure. Should the Property be found to have been damaged by the Client, the Property Manager is entitled to retain the security deposit fully or a part of it in order to cover these damages.
